A hybrid bottle shop, artisan wine bar, and record store combining international and local benchmark wines, craft beers, spirits, and vinyl tunes in a relaxed atmosphere. Over 300 wines on the list as well as craft beers and international beers and ciders.

Our bar typically features over 20 wines by the glass at any given time, drawing from our extensive cellar of over 300 bottles. Rather than sticking to a static list, I routinely rotate the selection to spotlight unique bottles, hard-to-find local Barossa producers, and premium international benchmarks that you won't typically find at larger commercial cellar doors.

Foradori Fontanasanta Nosiola 2023

From the Queen of natural wine in Italy. An almost extinct local variety to Trentino that has been resurrected. Fresh, vibrant and textural. A great alternative to fans of Riesling and Chenin Blanc.

Phase Three Wines DaBomb Shiraz 2025

Extremely limited wine (1000 bottles). Part of the new wave of Barossa. Plenty of herbal, whole bunch character and fruit from impeccable old vine sources including the famed Hoffman vineyard of Ebenezer.

Domaine Giachino Giac Potes 2023

Mondeuse from the Savoie region of France. Amazingly light and fresh, perfect for the Spring and Summer period. Only 11% alcohol too. A great alternative to Gamay or Cabernet Franc.

Tony Collins

Tony has worked in the wine industry for over 25 years. Firstly at Oddbins Wines in London, then as a wine buyer for one of London's leading luxury food and wine brands Fortnum & Mason, where he completed his Level 4 WSET Diploma. Back in Australia he worked for leading importer Bibendum Wines in Melbourne, heading up their private client business. He also has six vintages under his belt.
