Bar Copains is a neighbourhood wine bar in Surry Hills, Sydney, run by long-time friends Morgan McGlone and Nathan Sasi. It's known for a wine list built partly from the owners' personal collections, with a strong focus on natural and low-intervention wines

A wine bar centred on minimal intervention producers and expressive, terroir-driven wines. The list has a particular strength in Jura, alongside Loire, Beaujolais and Australia's leading artisans, encouraging guests to discover thoughtful wines from both iconic and lesser-known producers.
