Franciacorta Blanc de Noirs "Conte Aymo" - Tenuta Montenisa (Marchese Antinori)

A rare and very classy Metodo Classico, made from pure Pinot Noir. The combination of long aging on the lees and the nobility of the grape variety gives a glass with significant structure, very fine perlage, a lively acidic backbone, and complex aromas ranging from flint to small red fruits.

Biancolella IGT Lazio – Antiche Cantine Migliaccio (Ponza)

A true gem of heroic viticulture from an extremely limited production on the island of Ponza (Punta Fieno area). Cultivated on volcanic terraces overlooking the sea, accessible only on foot, it stands out in the glass for an extraordinary marine sapidity, distinct aromas of Mediterranean scrub, and an unusual longevity for island white wines.

County of Sclafani Reserve "Rosso del Conte" – Tenuta Regaleali (Tasca d'Almerita)

A milestone in Sicilian winemaking, the first cru of the estate produced since 1970. From historic bush vines of Perricone and Nero d'Avola, it is a red wine with extraordinary aging potential, renowned for the tailored elegance with which it combines notes of sweet spices, black cherry, and tobacco with a majestic tannic structure.
