Located in the heart of the charming national monument on Klokhuisplein, inside the stylish former residence of the Enschedé family, you will find our one Michelin star Restaurant ML, alongside Bistro ML & Bar Nous.

The decor is sleek and modern, providing an excellent backdrop for the culinary sensations presented by Chef Mark Gratama and his kitchen team. 

Our venue offers a wide range of wines, by glass or bottle. The list is still growing, adding new wines from all over the world. We serve over 30 wines by the glass in different price categories. Some of our guests expect the classics from Burgundy or Bordeaux but we also offer something for those interested in other parts of the world or sustainability.

J.C. Abbatucci, Cuvée Collection, General de la Revolution

Jean-Charles Abbatucci was a war hero from the French Revolution, who became a general at 25 and achieved several notable successes in the wars immediately following the revolution.
The many different, now rare, indigenous Corsican grape varieties of the 'Cuvée Collection' come from an old vineyard, planted in the early 1860s. Antoine collected as many varieties as possible that were threatened by the exodus from the Corsican countryside, thus preventing their extinction.

France, Provence, Sulauze, Conchon

Cochon is a natural wine produced by Domaine de Sulauze, in the French Provence region. This red wine is made with 'the leftovers' of the red wine production, which is why it has the image of the pig on it. Cochon has a nice, stemmy greenness alongside dark forest fruit. The grapes that are used are Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre and Vermentino grapes.

I have worked my entire career in the hospitality trade and my personal preference is to work in a Michelin star restaurant. I obtained WSET level 3 Advanced. For 10+ years, I have been working as a sommelier. I believe in a wine list with fair prices so we can serve a really nice bottle for everybody.
