Our cuisine is Modern Australian, and our wine list is one of the most extensive in Australia, featuring the most iconic producers from around the world. With over 30 years combined experience working in the top restaurants of Sydney, Jeremy & Alex bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to Bentley. Jeremy was certified by CMS in 2009 and has previously led the wine teams at Bennelong, Ormeggio, Oscillate Wildly and Rockpool. Our passion for wine and food keeps us doing what we love, and the epic Bentley list keeps us here.
