The Reserve Wine Bar is an intimate destination for discovering exceptional wine, from rare vintages and iconic producers to compelling new finds. Surrounded by one of Brisbane’s most distinctive cellars, guests are invited to explore each pour through its terroir, heritage and character, with thoughtful guidance and a quietly refined sense of discovery.

The Reserve serves 46 wines rarely poured by the glass, spanning Champagne, Burgundy, Piedmont, Tuscany, Bordeaux and beyond. Defined by provenance, depth and rarity, the list features celebrated houses, distinctive producers and mature vintages including Bollinger, Charles Heidsieck, Chablis, Rosso di Montalcino and 2012 Fonseca Porto.
