Located in The MetLife Building, we are a fine-dining restaurant and steakhouse. We deliver delicious dry-aged steaks, aged and hand carved in house. We feature entrees made with the highest quality ingredients and a sommelier-curated wine list with over 350 New & Old World selections, complemented by a floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk and cellar housing thousands of bottles. Private dining available.

While the main list features 40+ core glasses of sparkling, white, rosé, and red wines, specific daily pours rotate frequently. Our Coravin system allows us to pour high-end, library vintages and exclusive bottles by the glass. An on-site sommelier is available to assist with by-the-glass pairings tailored to our in-house dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood. Also enjoy our bar, lounge & patio!

Paul Whiteley has been our Wine Director since we opened in The Capital Grille NYC in August of 2004. He has spent the last 30 years on the steakhouse side of the hospitality industry, as a Wine Director and a General Manager. We are proud to have him oversee our wine selections, sales & service.
