Mt Edward / Pinot Noir

“Made by old hands and new minds” Founded in 1997 originally as a small personal project, they have gone on to become a highly respected, boutique producer, promoting natural winemaking. This is an elegant and complex wine with a focus beyond the silky richness to beautiful spicy, mineral and herbal layers.

Collaboration Aurulent / Chardonnay

A refined, small batch wine, crafted by proprietor & winemaker Julianne Brogden. This wine reflects her hands-on, minimal-intervention approach, with a focus on fruit purity, texture & balance. This vintage is bright and fresh, combining concentrated citrus fruit with subtle oak & savoury, lees-derived complexity.

Argiolas “Costera” Cannonau di Sardegna / 2023 / Italy

Think baby Grenache. The Cannonau is Sardinia's indigenous vine and traditional wine. It thrives in the south of Italy's largest Mediterranean island. On the palate, this wine is warm, rounded, beautifully balanced and well-structured.

The Owner truly loves his wine & has an extremely educated palette. He only serves wine that he & his team love & choose to support.

We opened our restaurant in 2019 & employed wonderful staff from day one. Over time we learnt & experienced different things and have since come up with a different formula.
For the past few years we have employed people with a genuine smile and a heart that really cares. We will teach you the rest. Our Chefs included, but they also have the gift of creating stunning food as well.
