Set within 36,000 acres of New Zealand’s spectacular South Island, Flockhill offers a dining experience deeply connected to place. Our cuisine and beverage programme celebrate the best of New Zealand, from produce grown in the Flockhill Garden and foraged from the land to thoughtfully selected local wines. The result is an ever-evolving experience guided by season, provenance and place.

Explore around 50 wines by the glass, each served at its ideal temperature from our ten temperature-controlled EuroCaves. With every bottle on display, guests are invited to browse and select their wine much like they would in a boutique wine shop. The collection showcases the best of New Zealand, complemented by a thoughtfully selected international offering.

Pegasus Bay, Bel Canto Riesling 2017

A beautiful expression of North Canterbury Riesling. Extended time on the vine and a touch of noble botrytis bring layers of citrus, apricot and spice. Fermented to dryness, its vibrant acidity and bottle age create a wine that is rich, refined and drinking beautifully.

Peregrine, Pinnacle Chardonnay 2023

Produced only in exceptional vintages, these small, concentrated berries create a Chardonnay of remarkable intensity, freshness and precision. Fewer than 800 bottles were made.

Foxes Island, Le Renard Pinot Noir 2012

A beautifully mature single-vineyard Pinot Noir from the Awatere Valley. Powerful yet elegant, with savoury red fruit, gentle spice and wonderful complexity from bottle age. A rare opportunity to enjoy a New Zealand Pinot Noir with over a decade of evolution.

April’s wine journey began in Europe before bringing her back to New Zealand to continue her WSET studies. Drawn to small, thoughtful producers, she has a particular appreciation for Canterbury and New Zealand wines and enjoys sharing the stories, people and places behind each bottle.
