Our by-the-glass programme is centred around wines from our own estates and sister vineyards, complemented by a small selection of rare and distinctive wines that we are fortunate to source here in New Zealand. I arrived in New Zealand a year ago, and before that I was fortunate enough to work alongside Master Sommelier Tamás Czinki for several years in Budapest, an experience that greatly shaped my perspective on the world of wine.
