Led by Director of Culinary, Paul Froggatt, Paul and his team have curated four distinct culinary experiences for you to enjoy at ROKI Collection Queenstown: Essence, The Terrace, The Library Bar, and Rees Valley by ROKI. Each has its own signature style and personality, designed to surprise and delight the senses.

At the moment we are pouring 45 wines by the glass. We explore from a local Sake, NZ sparkling wines by the glass to Grand Cru Champagnes, whites and red we do a comparison of varietals from NZ and from where they grow exceptionally well, also by the glass is an oxidative, orange and different styles of desseert and fortifieds wines like Henri Giraud Ratafia Solera and Ice wine from Argentina.

Egly-Ouriet Brut Grand Cru

A great grower champagne producer, different to all the classic champagnes available by the glass in Queenstown, I'd like to say all the South Island. Very limited bottles available an a delicious option to start dinner.

2024 Cloudburst Chardonnay, Margaret River, WA.

I want to believe we are the only venue in New Zealand pouring this wine as we import this wine directly from the winery, Benjamin and myself love this wine as it is a proper contendant to any Burgundy Premier Cru

Henri Giraud Ratafia Champenois Solera

Another unicorn in the list as not many of these bottles were available in NZ and we managed to get the bottle and a few refills. Delicious fortified wine made in Champagne, perfect to finish our tasting menu.

Erick Tuesta & Benjamin Sorin

Erick Tuesta (Peru) and Benjamin Sorin (France), we both worked in Australia before moving to NZ, we both started before the Opening of the hotel so we had to build the cellar, write the wine menu and organize all the stock, purchase new wines, etc. We are both coming from fast paced and fine dining properties now applying all our experience on this property.
