One of the oldest bistros in the city, it began in 1849 as the first gourmet store in Bilbao. After that initial phase, it became a gastronomic space where quality has always been the hallmark of a place that combines Basque culinary art, accompanied by the best wines from the peninsula, in a setting that has hosted memorable historical moments of the town.

Our venue combines two spaces where you can enjoy wines by the glass: a room for relaxed meals and one of the best pintxos bars in Bilbao. In both spaces, we offer more than 40 wines by the glass from various denominations. As a special feature, we offer pairings with our pintxos for each selection, and we are passionate about vintage wines.
