NV De Saint-Gall Le Tradition Champagne Premier Cru

Light straw-gold colour. Rich nose of bruised pears, honey and butter on toast. A full style, quite weighty with its rich golden fruits and toasty lees development all on show. A complex delight to enjoy and will be equally at home with food as without.

2023 Rusden 'Chasing Daisies' Grenache Blanc

Rich nose with melon, papaya, honeysuckle, and stone fruits. Weight & texture on the palate with green mango, papaya, honeydew, hints of pineapple and garden herbs. Packs plenty of flavour and is so versatile for pairing with food.

2021 Marion 'Borgo' Corvina

Made from the classic local mix of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, this is Valpolicella as the Italians drink it at home: crunchy red cherries, wild strawberries, a flicker of herbs and spice, all carried on fresh acidity and fine, feathery tannins.

Growing up in the Barossa Valley, surrounded by vineyards, wineries, and exceptional food, I developed a deep appreciation for wine and hospitality from an early age. With a father who was both a chef and winemaker, wine was more than a passion, it was part of everyday life. That upbringing shaped a thoughtful approach to selecting wines, balancing regional classics with exciting discoveries.
