Its cellar, boasting 900 selections, was named Best Wine List in France by Terre de Vins and praised by Wine Spectator, extending this sensory journey.

Our wine list by the glass offers around 25 selections: Champagne, whites, rosés, reds, sweet wines, ports, and Madeiras. La Sommellerie d'Origines is led by Adrien Butko, Head Sommelier trained in France and England, with his assistant Élise Souchez. Alongside chef Julien Boscus, they showcase the diversity of terroirs, especially French, through a continuous search for distinctive wines, whether renowned or little-known, for a wine list featuring over 900 references, as eclectic as possible.
