A re-imagined dining experience. One that doesn’t take itself too seriously, and where all are welcome. Our a la carte menu of ingredient-driven, globally inspired food is served alongside refreshing cocktails and exciting wines from Beverage Director Suzanne DeStio’s curated list. A chef’s tasting menu, showcasing the best of the season, is also available seven days a week.

The wine by-the-glass program at One White Street is a snapshot of the nearly 2000 selection wine list, with wines spanning from both classic and up-and-coming regions around the world. The wine list highlights small, independent, family-run vineyards from around the globe rather than typical commercial labels.

This textured white wine is made by a dynamite female winemaker, Cristiana Tiberio. It is a great entry-point to an unfamiliar region, and pairs perfectly with heartier fall dishes when you still want white wine.

Leeu Passant, Cabernet Sauvignon, Stellenbosch, South Africa 2023

This outstanding wine showcases the incredible wines coming out of South Africa. From winemaking duo Chris and Andrea Mullineux, this Cabernet Sauvignon can sway even the staunchest Bordeaux fan to dabble in the Southern Hemisphere.

Beverage Director Suzanne DeStio

Suzanne has been building the wine program at One White Street since 2023, and recently took over the Beverage Director role for the parent company, Endwell Hospitality. With previous experience at restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad, and The Modern, Suzanne balances an elevated approach to service with approachable wines of great value from both classic and up and coming regions.
