Man O' War Valhalla Chardonnay

A striking Waiheke Chardonnay with real personality. Valhalla is flinty, citrus-driven and beautifully textured, with grapefruit, stone fruit and a long saline finish. It’s precise, elegant and a brilliant choice for guests wanting to discover just how serious New Zealand Chardonnay can be.

Amisfield Pinot Gris

A beautifully expressive Central Otago Pinot Gris with ripe pear, stone fruit and gentle spice, balanced by fresh acidity and a smooth, rounded texture. Amisfield’s style makes this a great choice for guests who want something aromatic, elegant and a little richer than a classic Sauvignon Blanc.

Craggy Range 'Te Kahu' Bordeaux Blend

A rich, structured Bordeaux-style blend from Gimblett Gravels, packed with cassis, dark fruit, cocoa and savoury depth. Te Kahu is polished, generous and food-friendly, with supple tannins and a long finish — a great introduction to just how impressive Hawke’s Bay red blends can be.
