Odeon is inspired by Mediterranean dining culture, shared plates and organic/biodynamic wine set in a warm, comfortable space just around the corner from New Regent Street.

Odeon operates a rotating wine list, prioritising organic & biodynamic certification and practices. All wines are offered by the glass with free tastings encouraged. The whole operation is designed around the wine programme.
The list is themed on sourcing wines that are grown in Mediterranean climate pockets from around the world.

Tantalus Estate 'Voilé' Syrah-Viognier 2019

A line of acid that drives through. This, then, gives life to fine grained tannin that slowly develops around this line. On the mid palate, is rich & supple fruit showing tertiary characters like leather, smoke, wood & hay, that dries your palate up.
An excellent representation of New Zealand's Mediterranean style wine.

Forager 'Single Vineyard' Pinot Noir 2022

Wild fermented from a small parcel on Isolated Hill, Waiau, this is a brilliant expression of site-specific Pinot Noir from North Canterbury. A naturally low-yielding vintage produced intensely flavoured berries, with vines regenerating after the previous year’s frost.
A special 10th vintage by Dom Maxwell. The chalky mouthfeel adds character and depth before a long, savoury finish. A great time to open a bottle; the savoury characters are truly expressive now - November 2026.

Sato 'Schisteaux' Chenin Blanc 2023

Grown on schist & quartz gravel on La Ferme de Sato. Matured in French & Austrian oak; 20% new. A very serious Chenin. On the nose, a garden like aroma with beeswax, honey & white flowers. On the palate, the wine is very mineral forward in a deceptive way. The fruit starts to take control of mid palate & lands on a soft bed of Alsace-aromatic like stonefruit forward finish with a nod towards late harvest characters.

Must try to understand Chenin Blancs of New Zealand.

Today, Pallavi manages the program, guided by curiosity and a fascination with how climate, place and people shape wine.
Hailing from Northern India, her philosophy centres on approachability. She believes wine must be accessible, inviting & engaging for every guest.
