Set amongst the beautiful vineyards of Moutere Hills, our restaurant offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where great food and wine come together. With wines grown on site, enjoy a true vineyard experience, delicious local flavours and memorable moments over lunch, dinner or a special occasion.

We pour 20 wines at the restaurant and cellar door, with 12 varietals grown on the property and some grapes grown locally but made in the winery on site. We grow a fantastic selection of aromatics and some stylish reds along with some delicious dessert wines. All wines with the exception of Champagne and Prosecco are uniquely Tasman wines from Moutere clay.

Viognier, Moutere Hills

Moutere Hills Viognier is a beautifully aromatic, full-bodied white wine with fragrant notes of orange blossom, violet and citrus. Handpicked and aged in French oak, it offers a generous, smooth palate with subtle acidity and lovely minerality, finishing with elegance and depth.

Chardonnay 2023, Moutere Hills

Our award-winning Moutere Hills Chardonnay is a beautifully crafted, full-bodied wine showcasing ripe peach, citrus and creamy fruit flavours, complemented by subtle toasted oak and hints of spice. Elegant yet generous, with a silky texture, refreshing acidity and a long, balanced finish, it’s a wonderful expression of the Moutere Hills vineyard.

Syrah 2024, Moutere Hills

Our Moutere Hills Syrah is an elegant, expressive red wine with vibrant dark berry and plum flavours, complemented by notes of pepper, spice and subtle savoury complexity. Smooth tannins and a beautifully balanced palate lead to a lingering finish, showcasing the distinctive character of the Moutere Hills vineyard.
