Located in the heart of Miami Beach, MILA offers a multi-concept destination inspired by the coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and Japan. Spanning across four distinct experiences: the rooftop restaurant, MILA Lounge, MILA Omakase, and MILA MM, the venue is a standout in Miami’s dining and nightlife scene designed to awaken the senses.

We pour 29 wines by the glass. The goal of the by the glass is to be a microcosm of the by the bottle list. With that purpose it always features wines from sections of our list where we have the most movement.

Fernando Araiza Beverage Director. Have been leading the wine programs for RDG for 2 years.
Valentina Vargas is a Venezuelan hospitality professional and sommelier with six years of experience in the restaurant industry. She currently serves as Head Sommelier at MILA Miami, where she leads wine service, education, and beverage program initiatives. Valentina is WSET Level 3 certified in Wines.
