Mandolin Aegean Bistro is a neighborhood restaurant inspired by the Greek and Turkish coasts, set in a 1940's bungalow with a lush garden. Our wine program mirrors our kitchen: simple, thoughtful, and rooted in place, focusing on small growers, indigenous grapes, and organic, biodynamic, and sustainable wines.

Our 18-wine by-the-glass program reflects the Mandolin list, focusing on small growers, indigenous grapes, thoughtful farming, and a strong sense of place. Our rotating Coravin selection highlights rare, allocated wines, offered in different pours sizes to make benchmark and mature wines more accessible and affordable.

A great example of an indigenous Italian grape with character and a strong sense of place. Timorasso brings freshness, texture and complexity while still being approachable by the glass.

Ktima Roussos 'White Blend' Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Monemvasia, Paros Island, Greece 2025

A blend of Assyrtiko, Malagousia and Monemvasia from the island of Paros. Bright, fresh and distinctly Aegean, this wine represents the Mediterranean identity at the heart of Mandolin. We are one of the few places in the United States carrying this wine.

Emidio Pepe 'Trebbiano d'Abruzzo' Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, Abruzzo, Italy 2004

One of the wines that best represents what our Coravin program is about. A mature, rare expression of Trebbiano from an iconic producer, offered by the glass so guests can experience a wine of this age and caliber without committing to a full bottle.
