GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

Stolpman "Love You Bunches" Orange, Santa Barbara

The pun, 'Love You Bunches' refers to the extra 'loving' treatment of the grape clusters during harvest. The grapes are not de-stemmed or crushed, which allows for the carbonic maceration process to begin within each individual grape. This wine is known for its vibrant fresh and fuity character with a hint of savory and earthy notes. It makes us think of a more savory, adult version of Squirt Soda.

Brian McGonigle

A political science and economics major at Colgate, McGonigle began his career in politics working for a U.S. Senator while moonlighting as a bartender in D.C, where he also wrote his first wine list. After moving to San Francisco, he traded politics for the wine world, working with major producers before founding the San Francisco Wine Center in the South of Market neighborhood.
