After more than 26 years on Norton Street, Leichardt, Grappa founder Charlie Colosi and his wife Virginie bring their spirit of hospitality and generosity to The Rocks. Housed within one of Sydney’s most iconic sandstone buildings in The Rocks — originally built as a bakehouse — the space enters a new era as Grappa The Rocks.

With over 300 wines and 100 types of Grappa, including an extensive cocktail list, there’s a drink for every mood and every occasion. With over 20 wines available by-the-glass, including a selection of sparkling and benchmark reds and whites from Italy, France and Australia.
