Golden Avenue is a lush, open-armed take on Middle Eastern flavour. Smoky charcoal, woodfired breads, and garden terrace energy all come together under one roof. From mezze to mastiha, Habibi Funk to high-heat grills, Golden Avenue brings rhythm, smoke and sound to the heart of Brisbane.

The drinks at Golden Avenue don’t sit in the background, they move with the pace of the room. The wine list leans textural, bright, and bold — stretching from charismatic whites to chilled reds and big Mediterranean hitters with strong spines. There’s room for both the classic and the offbeat in our by the glass list of 30 wines, all with a throughline of flavour, energy and intent.

2025 Grosset Polish Hill Riesling. Clare Valley, SA

A benchmark Riesling from an icon producer in Clare Valley. This Riesling is bone-dry, with driving acid, power and fruit. A perfect wine for the spice and earth of our food.

2022 Musar 'Jeune' Cinsault/Mourvèdre. Bekaa Valley, Lebanon

Musar Jeune Rosé wines were first produced from low yielding Bekaa Valley in 2006. Made from the fruit of younger vineyards at around 1,000 metres above sea level, these wines are bursting with fruit and drinkability. Perfect with our proteins.

2024 Envinate 'Albahra' Garnacha Tintorera/Moravia Agria. Castile-La Mancha, Spain

Crafted by four oenology friends who focus on expressive, site-specific historic terroirs of Spain. Sourced from high-altitude, limestone-heavy soils, this wine is medium bodied and mediterranean in feeling. Herbal, floral and mineral.
