Evra doesn’t treat wine as an afterthought- it’s part of the conversation. The list leans thoughtful over flashy, built around bottles that mirror the kitchen’s philosophy: seasonal, expressive, and grounded in place. You’ll see a mix of Australian producers alongside interesting imports, wines chosen less for big names and more for energy, texture, and how they play with food.

We like to offer a generous by-the-glass selection because people increasingly prefer to explore a couple of different glasses over the course of the night, rather than committing to a single bottle.
