A refined Trentodoc-style sparkling rosé made from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay using the traditional method (like Champagne). Expect fine, persistent bubbles with notes of red berries, citrus, and a creamy, brioche-like finish from lees aging. Elegant and food-friendly, great as an aperitivo.

'21 Timorasso Derthona, Quadro - Piemonte, IT

Timorasso is a native Piedmontese grape once nearly extinct, now prized for making serious, age-worthy white wines. Expect a rich, textured white with notes of stone fruit, honey, and a distinct minerality, plus a hint of petrol-like complexity as it ages (similar to Riesling). Full-bodied for a white, with great acidity to balance.
