Miguel Martínez Porras is a Spanish sommelier with over 20 years of international experience in fine dining and hospitality. His career includes working as a sommelier and leading wine programs in Michelin-starred restaurants across Spain and the United States. Named Best Sommelier of Colombia in 2021, he currently serves as Head Sommelier at CLAUDIE, part of Riviera Dining Group in Miami.
