Carina Cooper

Carina Cooper has been a sommelier for over 25 years and was part of the first class of sommeliers trained by ABS, being the only woman among the graduates. Leading the wine curation at Bráz, she selects labels with the same care dedicated to the house ingredients, combining great producers, quality, and a friendly, straightforward way of presenting wine.
