Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Ada Lane, capturing the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm and colourful setting. The compact and pink design has nods to the architecture of both ancient and contemporary Italy.

Drinking at Biànca is as fun as it is thoughtful. The wines are convivial and smart; Italian in provenance or variety, with a small selection of other European classics. They serve to complement the dishes as beautifully as they would poured into a tumbler whilst sitting in the Italian sunshine, or into a beautiful Burgundy glass.

Gemma Green

Gemma has been with Anyday Group for over 5 years. She started as a waiter when Biànca first opened in 2021, and fell in love with Italian wine. After transitioning to different venues across the group and working in various wine-related roles, she has found herself back home at Biànca this year as Head Sommelier.
