Come for a glass, stay for dinner and discover something unexpected.

Our program features 10 rotating wines alongside over 20 Sherries, celebrating the diversity of Spanish winemaking. From small growers and indigenous varieties to rare bottlings, Vino de Pasto and exceptional aged Sherries, our list encourages exploration. Coravin allows us to share limited-production and highly allocated wines that might otherwise only be available by the bottle.

GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

Ramiro Ibáñez, Ube Miraflores 2025

UBE Miraflores by Ramiro Ibáñez is everything I love about Sherry country. It’s a beautiful expression of the albariza soils of Sanlúcar, showcasing Palomino in its purest form with just a whisper of flor influence. Saline, mineral and full of character, it challenges what people expect from the region. I love pouring it because it tells a story of place, tradition and a new generation of winemaking.

Jorge Ordóñez, Nº 2 Moscatel 2024

Jorge Ordóñez Nº 2 Moscatel is such a beautiful reminder of how exciting sweet wines can be. Made from old-vine Moscatel de Alejandría grown on the impossibly steep slopes of Málaga, it’s bursting with orange blossom, apricot, honey and citrus. What I love most is how its vibrant acidity balances all that richness, making it incredibly elegant, refreshing and perfect with everything from dessert to cheese.
