Our restaurant is the result of years of collaboration between Edwin and Sjoerd in the kitchen and service. It was here that we discovered we shared the same passion for pairing wine and food. Now, years later, this remains one of the pillars of our restaurant: a kitchen featuring regional products and international flavors, combined with a magnificent wine list.

We have a great love for combining food and wine. Besides the winepairing we serve around 10/15 wines by the glass. There is an winelist wich is always evolving. Right now around 300 Wines are on the menu. Furthermore we organize winetours in the Netherlands and abroad. Have winemakers over for masterclasses.
