A Grape Pairing is an Italian wine bar in the heart of Liverpool. Every wine comes directly from family-run partner vineyards across Italy, with a focus on indigenous grapes and award-winning wines. The team also hosts regular wine tastings with food pairings, private events, and winemaker’s dinners.

A Grape Pairing pours 28 wines by-the-glass, all imported directly from its partner vineyards in Italy and available nowhere else in the UK. The list celebrates native grapes from Puglia, Abruzzo, Veneto, and Piemonte, from Durello and Cococciola to Susumaniello and Grignolino. Six wine flights, including Trip to Puglia and Italian Reds, make exploring easy.

Lessini Durello Metodo Classico DOC

This is a traditional-method sparkling wine made from Durello, a native grape of Veneto. It’s a 2021 vintage at 12.5% ABV, poured in its zero dosage style.

NERO

NERO 2020 Vintage is a Top 100 awarded Italian Red Wine. Produced with Negroamaro and Cabernet Sauvignon and French Oaked for 24 months. As is the case with every wine on the list, it’s imported directly from A Grape Pairing’s partner vineyards.
