The restaurant Imàgo, after a complete transformation, presents a completely renewed architecture: the boundary between the dining room and kitchen disappears, creating a fluid space. Chef Andrea Antonini offers contemporary Italian cuisine, refined and in harmony with the attentive and efficient service of the dining room. Sommelier Alessio Bricoli offers a wine list with over 1500 labels.

Our wine list is born from the desire to offer guests of Hassler Roma and the Imàgo Restaurant a selection of great international labels, presented in various vintages and accompanied by small producers, lesser-known entities resulting from research, curiosity, and passion.
The by-the-glass selection follows the same philosophy, with approximately 90 wines ranging from renowned names to niche producers.

Alessio Bricoli

With previous training as an AIBES bartender, he obtained the AIS sommelier diploma in 2010 and later the WSET Level 3 in London. Since 2017, he has led the wine program at Hotel Hassler and is supported in his selections and proposals by Sommelier Roman Popovych, trained by FIS.
