A tribute to the Milanese gastronomic culture, a place where tradition meets the quality of raw materials. The menu offers iconic dishes such as ossobuco with risotto, Milanese cutlet and classic cassoeula, enhanced by a selection of wines designed to enhance every flavour. MARCO BOLZONELLO: course of study in fashion design, Master in design and communication. Chef de Rang and Assistant Sommelier of Vesta Fiori Chiari from November 2022 and Sommelier of Trattoria del Ciumbia from 2024.
