PINTE BIEN - ARBOIS, Domaine de la Pinte, 2023

Light and spicy. This pioneer of the organic and biodynamic culture in the Jura region of France offers here the right expression of this emblematic grape called Poulsard (or Ploussard locally). Even with light color and low tannins, this wine push aromas of red berries and griotte cherry in the arms of peonies and undergrowth.

OXYMORE ORANGE N°22, VdF, Chateau Terrasson, NM

100% semillon. Elegant and complex. A successful task of doing the wine like 800 years ago : maceration in qwevri with indigenous yeast, then aging also in qwevri of 24 months.

After dozens of tasting events joined, the creation of a wine lovers club (who peaked at more than 300 followers at the beginning of the 2020 decade, some workshops and courses with masters of wine, The wine explorer adventure as a hobby turn into a career in 2024, starting with a modest WSET2 and a job in a winebar that drove me to the project of my own venue, opened in 2026.
